We're getting ready to soft launch our developer-first product and was curious if anyone has any suggestions or advice on finding beta users. Specifically beta users who are developers and/or technically savvy.
I'm obviously going to leverage my network, but just curious what actually works at a larger scale, if anything. Thanks in advance.

I think finding these communities and having a proper dialogue about your product is pretty useful.

Use peers and friends for alpha testing. Beta testing should be reserved for your champions--those likely customers who love what you are offering. If you don't have customer discovery done yet, then that is an important next step. Good luck .
